• TheCodeDiff Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, with updates included while it is paid. Pro licenses bought as one-time purchases before the subscription stay perpetual.
• One license covers one person on up to 3 machines at a time, for personal and commercial work.
• The free features can be used at no cost, with no time limit. Pro features can be tried once, for 14 days.
• Refunds are handled by our merchant of record; see the refund policy.
• License keys may not be shared. Misuse voids the license.

1. The license

Subscribing to TheCodeDiff Pro grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to 3 machines at a time, for personal and commercial purposes, for as long as the subscription is paid, subject to these terms. The software is licensed, not sold. Pro features stay available to the end of each period you have paid for. If you cancel, or a payment is not made, Pro features stop at the end of the paid period and the free features keep working; nothing of yours is deleted. A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it in the merchant of record's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. While the subscription is paid you receive every update. Pro licenses bought as one-time purchases before the subscription was introduced remain perpetual and include all version 1 updates.

2. Free use and trial

The free features may be used at no cost, with no time limit. Pro features require a license or an active trial; the Pro trial is available once per device, for 14 days. What each tier includes may change between versions.

3. What you may not do

You may not share, sell, rent, or sublicense a license key; use one license for more than one person; or use the software unlawfully. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where the law grants that right regardless of this clause.

4. Termination

A license used in breach of these terms may be revoked. After a revocation or a refund, you must stop using Pro features and delete your license key.

5. AI providers

AI reviews run through the provider you configure, with your own API keys, under that provider's terms. You choose what is sent and when. We are not responsible for third-party providers.

6. No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. Always keep backups of your repositories.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, under its terms. See the refund policy.

9. Publisher and governing law

TheCodeDiff is published by Bagheri Software (org. no. 938 052 077), Norway. Sales are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which is the seller of record for your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated for future versions or purchases; changes are never retroactive to licenses already purchased. Questions: support@thecodediff.com
