• Please do not share your license key or try to take the software apart.

1. The license

When you purchase CodeDiff Pro you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person to use the software on up to 3 machines at a time, for personal and commercial purposes. The software is licensed, not sold. All updates to the software are included with your license.

2. Evaluation and trial

The free version may be evaluated without time limit. The Pro trial is available once per device for 14 days. Starting a trial sends a one-time anonymous device identifier to our trial service; this is its only purpose and it cannot be linked to you.

3. What you may not do

You may not share, sell, rent, or sublicense your license key; use one license for more than one person; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; or use the software to break the law.

4. AI providers

AI reviews run through the provider you configure, with your own API keys, under that provider's terms. You choose what is sent and when. We are not responsible for third-party providers.

5. No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. Always keep backups of your repositories.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

7. Refunds

Purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

8. Publisher and governing law

CodeDiff is published by Bagheri Software (Norway). Sales are processed by our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated for future versions or purchases; changes are never retroactive to licenses already purchased. Questions: hello@thecodediff.com
